Pembroke Pines is at the far edge of our area, about 19 miles from our Pompano Beach kitchen as the crow flies. For Pembroke Pines we focus on catering: one well-planned order for your whole group, delivered once.
What groups usually order.
Biryani: our Karachi-style Chicken Biryani ($12.99), Chicken Tikka Biryani ($14.99) and Malai Boti Biryani ($12.99) are layered basmati rice, aromatic spices and caramelized onions, slow-cooked.
Grill: Chicken Tikka ($12.99), bone-in legs marinated in spiced yogurt, garlic and lemon and charcoal-grilled, served with mint chutney. Beef Bihari Kabob ($17.99), slow-grilled until caramelized.
Karahi: Chicken Shinwari Karhai or Chicken White Karhai ($24.99 half / $34.99 full).
Dessert: Gulab Jamun ($3.99) and Gajar Halwa ($5.99).
How catering works. Place your order at least one day in advance. Delivered catering orders have a $200 minimum. Call us with your date, address and headcount, and we'll help you put the order together.
