From Tamarac, BBQ Toni8ht is about 9 miles east in Pompano Beach. We're a halal Pakistani kitchen, and Tamarac is in our delivery and catering area.
Three biryanis, three moods.
Our Karachi-style biryani is basmati rice, aromatic spices and caramelized onions, slow-cooked in layers.
Chicken Biryani ($12.99): the classic, with saffron-infused rice and your choice of spice level.
Chicken Tikka Biryani ($14.99): smoky tandoori chicken tikka, dum-cooked and served with raita.
Malai Boti Biryani ($12.99): cream-marinated chicken boti with saffron and fresh coriander.
Not sure which to pick? Order two and share. Most of our regulars have a favorite after the first try.
From the charcoal grill. Add Chicken Tikka ($12.99), bone-in legs in spiced yogurt, garlic and lemon, served with mint chutney and grilled onions.
Finish with chai. A Kashmiri Chai ($3.49) and Gajar Halwa ($5.99) make a classic Pakistani ending.
Catering in Tamarac. For family events, order at least one day ahead. Delivered catering orders have a $200 minimum.
