Each biryani starts with fragrant basmati rice, aromatic spices and caramelized onions, slow-cooked in layers, with saffron in our Chicken, Malai Boti and Beef Biryani. Choose the classic Chicken Biryani, the smoky dum-cooked Chicken Tikka Biryani served with raita, or the creamy Malai Boti Biryani finished with fresh coriander. Beef Biryani, made with slow-cooked beef chunks, joins the lineup when it is in stock.
