Biryani done the Karachi way. We layer basmati rice with aromatic spices and caramelized onions and cook it slowly, so the flavor goes all the way through.
Chicken Biryani ($12.99): saffron-infused rice and tender chicken. Choose very mild, mild, spicy or very spicy, and add Raita, Imli chatni or Dynamite sauce.
Malai Boti Biryani ($12.99): cream-marinated chicken boti with saffron and fresh coriander. Creamy and gently spiced, a good choice for kids.
Chicken Tikka Biryani ($14.99): smoky tandoori chicken tikka, dum-cooked, served with raita.
On the side. A Chicken Reshmi Kabob ($14.99) and a Mango Lassi ($4.99) round out the meal. Finish with Falooda ($7.99).
